WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Consultation (15 min. ), Brow design (30-60 min.). Tattooing (60 min).

DOES IT HURT?
Pain tolerance varies from person to person.  Numbing agents are used during the procedure to help minimize discomfort.  Clients have related the procedure to tweezing/plucking multiple hairs at once and eyebrow threading.  Please note that you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.

DO YOU SHAVE OR REMOVE THE NATURAL BROW HAIRS?
We try to incorporate as much natural hair as possible.  Only hairs that are removed lay outside of the shape will be shaved.

HOW LONG DOES THE TATTOO LAST?

The average time is about 1-3 years depending on clients pre and post-care, skin type, and lifestyle (sun exposure).  Oily skin fades the pigment out faster than normal to dry skin.

HOW OFTEN ARE TOUCH UPS NEEDED?
In most initial sessions we will recommend a touch up to finalize your results. Results vary from client to client and in rare cases will require an additional touch up or no touch up at all. After the first touch up from the initial, an annual touch up ( or 1.5 - 2 years later ) is recommended to refresh the color. Touch ups are normal for permanent makeup procedures to keep the brows low maintenance.  Additional touch ups are charged accordingly.

WHAT WILL IT LOOK AND FEEL LIKE IMMEDIATELY AFTER?
There is minimal downtime after your procedure.  Any redness or swelling and discomfort after the numbing wears off will subside within the day.  Immediately after the procedure, the brows will appear crisp and dark.  This will soften up as the skin goes through its healing cycle.

WHAT WILL MY HEALED BROWS LOOK LIKE?

Results will vary depending on skin type, lifestyle and immediate and long-term aftercare by the client.  There are no guarantees with Permanent makeup.  After the healing process they will  appear softer (oily skin types may heal soft and powdery while drier skin types may heal crisper and more defined).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAL?
It takes about 2 weeks for the superficial layers to close and heal.  During these 2 weeks, your skin will go through a healing process: Eyebrows will appear darker and bolder due to natural scabbing and healing the first 10 days. Then it will take 6-8 weeks for the pigment to fully settle in.  Your brows will go from dark, light, then just right. Once your brows have naturally peeled off you may apply additional makeup to create more definition or fill in areas that have not accepted pigment.
