•Please read before you book. By neglecting to do so and showing up with any of the conditions that makes you an unsuitable client we will refuse service and you will forfeit your deposit.

•All Deposits or services that have been carried out are NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE.

•No results are guaranteed

•Pre & Post care instructions will be emailed along with confirmation of appointment. Not following pre & post care instructions may require additional session and will be charged according.

•If you do not notify us that you had previous work done by another artist and your work is not salvageable your deposit & appointment will be forfeited.

No Children or guest

We love children, however, the law states that anyone that comes into our studio must be 18 years and over. So, please leave them at home.

Previous Permanent Makeup Work: Correction /Cover Up

If you do not notify us that you had previous work done by another artist and your work is not salvageable your deposit & appointment will be forfeited. Please email us a photo of the area to be treated browinkco@gmail.com

We can NOT guarantee results for cover up/corrective work.  Cover up/Corrective work may require multiple sessions for best results and will be charged accordingly ( ex: initial session, touch up session, and 6 months - 1 year touch up session ) . If the work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, a non laser tattoo removal is highly recommended.

Late, No Show, Reschedule or Cancellation

•Being more than 15 minutes late you'll be considered as a no show & your deposit will be forfeited. ( Please take account for traffic, road closures, and parking)

•Please Notify us a minimum of 5 days prior to your appointment to reschedule.

•Any reschedules under 5 days from your appointment will result in a forfeiture of deposit or payment up front.

•No Shows or Cancellations under 24 hours will result in a full credit card charge of the service of your deposit.

•You may reschedule up to 1 time, AND it must not exceed 6 months from your original date.

•Any rescheduled appointments will be for the current rate.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are non-refundable or transferable. This will be required to secure your booking.

All deposit will go toward the service and the remaining balance will be due in CASH day of the service. Any payment in the form of a card will be subject to a 4% fee.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Prices are subject to change any time.

Not following before care or after care will compromise your results and may require additional sessions.

Touch ups are NOT INCLUDED, and is priced by the time frame on our booking site.

Pigments Retention is about 60-70% depending on the skin type and lifestyle of the client. We recommend that for everyone to schedule a touch up after their initial appointment to ensure the best results.

Not everyone will accept pigment the same, and in rare cases it may require more than 2 sessions.

There are NO REFUNDS for any services that have been carried out.

Photos & Videos will be taken during / after your service for marketing purposes. Your pictures may be found on instagram, website, yelp etc.
