DISQUALIFICATION LIST FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES INCLUDING SKIN NEEDLING ( ICT):
Please read before you book. By neglecting to do so and showing up with any of the conditions that makes you an unsuitable client we will refuse service and you will forfeit your deposit.

•Anyone under 18 years of age
•Anyone who is pregnant and/or nursing ( recommended wait time 6 months )
•Anyone who is diabetic ( Please advise with your physician and come prepared with a physicians note)
•Anyone with skin conditions of eczema, psoriasis, on the area to be treated.
•Anyone prone to keloid on the area to be treated.
•Anyone with active skin cancer in the treated area.
•Anyone with Transmittable Blood conditions ( Hepatitis, HIV etc.)
•Anyone who has a heart condition, hemophiliac.
•Anyone with glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines.
•Anyone currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment.
•Anyone who is epileptic who has experienced faint spell or seizure.
•Anyone on Accutane (must wait a minimum of 1 year before getting any permanent makeup procedure done)
•Anyone with Botox/ Fillers in the last 4 weeks
•Please let us know if you have allergies to anesthetic or if you currently on any medication.
•Anyone with previous work done by another artist, that has not been yet approved with the artist you are booking.
